Keterkaitan Antara Job Insecurity dan Perceived Organizational Support dengan Job Burnout di Masa Pandemi

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara perceived organizational support dan job insecurity dengan job burnout. Hipotesis mayor dari penelitian ini adalah adanya hubungan antara perceived organizational support dan job insecurity dengan job burnout. Sedangkan Hipotesis minor pada penelitian ini adalah : (H1) Ada hubungan positif antara job insecurity dengan job burnout. (H2) Ada hubungan negatif antara perceived organizational support dengan job burnout. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Hasil pengujian dengan menggunakan analisis regresi dua predictor menunjukkan Rx1x2y = 0,341 dengan F = 3,752 dan p = 0,029 (p<0,05). Artinya ada hubungan yang signifikan antara job insecurity dan perceived organizational support dengan job burnout. Hipotesis minor satu dan dua diuji menggunakan teknik korelasi product moment. Hasil uji hipotesis minor satu menunjukkan adanya hubungan positif antara job insecurity dengan job burnout, dimana nilai rx1y = 0,332 dan p = 0,000 (p<0,01). Pada uji hipotesis minor dua  menunjukkan adanya hubungan negatif antara perceived organizational support dengan job burnout, dimana nilai rx2y = -0,108 dan p = 0,000 (p<0,01). Penelitian ini juga menunjukkan nilai R square job insecurity dan perceived organizational support sebesar 0,116. Artinya job insecurity dan perceived organizational support mempengaruhi job burnout sebesar 11,8%, sisanya 88,4% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain.
