“Legowo”: Sebuah Gambaran Kebersyukuran dan Kesejahteraan Psikologis Guru Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini

Abstract

Guru PAUD adalah salah satu profesi yang vital perannya dalam masyarakat, namun justru sangat rentan dengan tuntutan kerja dan stres yang tinggi. Penelitian ini bertujuan menggali lebih dalam mengenai gambaran kebersyukuran dan kesejahteraan psikologis pada Guru PAUD. Partisipan dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari 84 guru PAUD di Kota Surakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pengambilan data melalui skala psikologi. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier sederhana. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, nilai signifikansi adalah 0,000 (<0,05) yang berarti terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara kebersyukuran dengan kesejahteraan psikologis pada Guru PAUD. Sumbangan kebersyukuran terhadap kesejahteraan psikologis sendiri adalah 19,2% dan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain.
