Dukungan Organisasi Terhadap Work-Life Balance Pekerja: Tinjauan Sistematis

Berkembangnya zaman dan teknologi menyebabkan individu memiliki tanggung jawab yang lebih banyak baik dalam pekerjaan maupun kehidupan pribadinya. Sehingga keseimbangan diperlukan oleh individu agar bisa bertanggung jawab dalam perannya di pekerjaan dan kehidupan pribadi, atau bisa disebut work-life balance. Dalam upaya tercapainya work-life balance maka dukungan organisasi di tempat kerja diperlukan agar mencapai work-life balance tersebut. Telaah literatur bertujuan untuk menelaah artikel dan jurnal yang mengangkat isu mengenai dukungan dari organisasi dan work-life balance. Sumber yang digunakan dalam mencari artikel dan jurnal antara lain Sciencedirect, Emerlad, Scopus, Elsevier, Sage, Researchgate, Springer dan Google Scholar. Berdasarkan telaah yang dilakukan, dukungan organisasi berperan penting demi terwujudnya work-life balance pada para pekerja dengan menggunakan berbagai cara atau upaya yang dapat dilakukan atau diberikan oleh organisasi.
