Gambaran Ketergantungan Emosional Dan Harga Diri Pada Korban Kekerasan Dalam Pacaran: Sistematik Review

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara keterkaitan emosional, harga diri, dan pengalaman kekerasan dalam pacaran. Metode yang digunakan adalah tinjauan sistematis untuk mengumpulkan, menganalisis, dan menginterpretasikan data dari berbagai sumber relevan. Data dikumpulkan melalui pencarian literatur di database elektronik seperti PubMed, PsycINFO, Google Scholar, dan ScienceDirect dengan kata kunci seperti "dating violence", "emotional dependency", "self-esteem", "intimate partner violence", "psychological impact", dan "adolescents". Artikel yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi dianalisis secara kualitatif melalui identifikasi tema, sintesis informasi, dan evaluasi kritis. Hasil tinjauan menunjukkan bahwa korban kekerasan dalam pacaran sering mengalami keterkaitan emosional yang kuat dengan pelaku, yang diperkuat oleh rasa cinta, ketergantungan emosional, dan harapan akan perubahan pelaku. Ketergantungan emosional ini memperkuat siklus kekerasan dan menyulitkan korban untuk mengakhiri hubungan berbahaya. Kekerasan dalam pacaran juga berdampak signifikan pada harga diri korban, yang sering merasa tidak berharga, tidak berdaya, dan mengalami penurunan rasa percaya diri. Harga diri yang rendah menghambat korban untuk keluar dari hubungan yang penuh kekerasan. Penelitian ini menyoroti pentingnya intervensi yang mencakup dukungan emosional, penguatan harga diri, dan edukasi tentang hubungan sehat.
