Pendekatan Kualitatif: Implementasi Program Buddy di Sekolah Anti-Bullying Indonesia

Fenomena bullying masih marak terjadi di sekolah. Penelitian bertujuan untuk memaparkan seberapa penting dukungan teman sebaya berperan terhadap kesejahteraan korban bullying. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif Systematic Literature Review berbasis big data software VOS Viewer dan Publish or Perish 8 dan wawancara semi-terstruktur. Hasil temuan peneliti dapat disimpulkan bahwa kolaborasi antara guru, siswa, dan orang tua sangat penting dalam implementasi program dukungan teman sebaya (buddy) sehingga dapat menciptakan budaya empati dan well-being yang lebih baik di antara siswa.
