Evektifitas Pelatihan Psychological First Aids (PFA) untuk Meningkatkan Helping Behavior Mahasiswa

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menguji efektivitas pelatihan PFA dalam meningkatkan helping behavior mahasiswa psikologi. Hipotesis yang diajukan yaitu adanya pengaruh positif pelatihan PFA terhadap helping behavior mahasiswa psikologi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif eksperimen dengan desain eksperimen pretest - posttest control group design. Subjek dalam penelitian ini sejumlah (N) ±50 mahasiswa, dengan pembagian ±25 mahasiswa sebagai kelompok eksperimen dan ±25 mahasiswa sebagai kelompok kontrol. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Pengukuran data menggunakan skala likert Helping Behavior dengan α .927. Sedangkan analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji paired bootstrap. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan Mean pada kelompok eksperimen sebesar yang berarti ada perubahan helping behavior yang signifikan pada kelompok eksperimen. Pada kelompok kontrol, Mean mengalami peningkatan yang berarti perubahan yang terjadi pada kelompok kontrol tidak signifikan. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa pelatihan PFA efektif dalam meningkatkan helping behavior mahasiswa psikologi.
