PENAFSIRAN THE TRUTH OF BISNIS MENURUT WAHBAH BIN MUSTAFA AL-ZUHAILI DALAM TAFSIR AL-MUNIR

Abstract

The research in this thesis is motivated by several phenomena that often occur among today's society towards businesses and business processes that only capitalize on a trust without any face-to-face or contract either from the seller or the buyer. The Qur'an does not only explain matters related to religion, monotheism, and so on. In the Qur'an also explained about the chapter muamalah or business. Then, what is the view of Wahbah al-Zuhaili in al-Munir's interpretation? and what are the views of other contemporary commentators on the verse? In the Qur'an it is explained about the mandate or other words of belief. A mandate can be interpreted as something that is entrusted or entrusted. This research is a library research. The data in this study are sourced from library materials consisting of: 1) primary data, namely Tafsir al-Munir, 2) secondary data in the form of the Qur'an and its translation, interpretation of the commentators. and books related to the science of the Qur'an and its discussion. The data collection technique used by the author requires documentation in the form of notes, annexes, and several documents related to the title. Furthermore, using maudhu'i steps and most importantly regarding the verses of the Qur'an that were discussed, translations and interpretations of the commentators, and taken from related books, articles and journals. From the interpretation of Wahbah, it explains that all types of trusts or beliefs that exist, the form of maintaining the mandate related to the rights of Allah is by carrying out His commands, leaving His prohibitions, and using the heart and limbs to get closer to Allah. Maintaining and carrying out the mandate is obligatory, especially if the person entitled to the mandate demands it.
