Implementation of Digital Precision Health Monitoring and Local Food Innovation for Stunting and Hypertension Prevention

This community engagement program aimed to optimize stunting and hypertension prevention through the implementation of Digital Precision Health Monitoring and local food innovation in Donowarih Village, Indonesia. The program employed a Participatory Action Research approach involving health assessment, smartphone-based monitoring, nutrition education, local food training, and program evaluation. Participants included mothers with toddlers, adolescents, health cadres, and community groups. Data were collected through observation, interviews, anthropometric measurements, blood pressure examinations, and nutrition questionnaires. The findings revealed that Digital Precision Health Monitoring improved community health monitoring, early detection of health risks, and participation in routine health services. The program also enhanced nutritional literacy and healthy dietary behavior through local food innovation using moringa leaves, mung beans, tofu, and tempeh. Evaluation results showed improvements in balanced nutrition understanding (78%), participation in health monitoring (71%), and awareness of salt restriction (72.3%). The program demonstrates the potential of community-based digital health and local nutrition empowerment to strengthen sustainable preventive health services in rural areas.
