Abstract

A marriage in every region of Indonesia certainly has its own characteristics as does the honest culture of banjar tribe. Jujuran culture is one of the many cultures in Banjarmasin, South Kalimantan. This culture is synonymous with weddings both traditionally and modernly. Some say that Jujuran is a dowry. But in fact, Honesty is different from dowry. In Jujuran there is certainly a level of its own as a determinant of the amount or nominal. The benefits of Jujuran itself can be used for various purposes, for example for souvenirs or for the cost of wedding decorations.
