REINFORCEMENT PENDIDIKAN MULTIKULTURAL BAGI ANAK (Studi Multisitus di TK Ceria dan TK Golden Kids Pandaan)

Abstract

Through multicultural education reinforcement, there is a process of changing attitudes, social care, cooperation and mutual respect among each other. This study uses a qualitative method with a case study approach. While the data collection techniques are in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and documentation. The research subjects were the principal, guardian of students and teachers, both Muslim and Christian or Catholic.

The results the first implementation of Multicultural Education Reinforcement in Kindergarten Ceria and TK Golden Kids Pandaan is done in two ways, namely through verbal and non-verbal. both Kindergarten Ceria and TK Golden Kids Pandaan, namely Knowing, Feeling, and Acting. In Ceria Kindergarten, apart from using rewards, it also applies examples through joint activities held at school. Golden Kids Kindergarten uses reward pockets or prizes given to children. The two factors supporting and inhibiting the implementation of Multicultural Education Reinforcement for Children in Kindergarten Ceria and TK Golden Kids Pandaan are the guardians of the students themselves. The third impact of Multicultural Education Reinforcement for Children's Attitudes is that children's attitudes are awakened in both Kindergarten Ceria and TK Golden Kids Pandaan which are related to blasphemy of religion, race, culture and discrimination. children both raised by parents and students.
