Abstract

The education policy with the strengthening of religion is a way to maintain religious education (diniyah), becoming a foundation in the development of the Madurese community, especially Sumenep, which has implemented the values of the pesantren, the Islamic boarding school law number 18 of 2019 has been in the form of a Regent regulation in the form of the diniyah compulsory education program. Since the enactment of Perbub Number 15 of 2016 which is strengthened by Regional Regulation Number 4 of 2020. This research method uses a qualitative approach with a qualitative descriptive type. Qualitative descriptive research method is a research method that seeks to describe all existing symptoms or conditions. Researchers use interactive model analysis or dynamic schemes. The findings of the researchers were simple indicators, there was no standard curriculum, initially there was no report card and there were no things that became the basic demands of the teaching and learning program. The worst thing is that until now, government assistance is only a report card, a board, after that there is none and even so far we have never been asked to discuss the procurement of the goods regarding the procurement.
