PENGARUH KEMAMPUAN DAN MOTIVASI TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN (STUDI KASUS DI BAGIAN PRODUKSI PT SANG HYANG SERI (PERSERO) KANTOR REGIONAL III WILAYAH JAWA TIMUR)

Pengaruh Kemampuan dan Motivasi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan  ( Studi  Kasus  di  B agian  P roduksi PT Sang Hyang Seri (Persero)  K antor Regional III Wilayah  Jawa Timur) .  Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk (1) menganalisis kemampuan  karyawan , (2) menganalisis motiv asi karyawan, (3) menganalisis pengaruh  kemampuan dan motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan.  Metode yang digunakan  merupakan metode diskriptif. Responden dalam p enelitian ini  berjumlah 38  karyawan  bagian Produksi  PT Sang Hyang  S eri (Persero) Kantor  R egional I II  wilayah Jawa Timur  yang ditentukan secara  sensus . Dipergunakan alat analisis :  regresi dan  analisis jalur. Kemampuan dan Motivasi berpengaruh positif dan  signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan . Kemampuan berpengaruh langsung  maupun tidak langsung melalui  motivasi  terhadap kinerja karyawan. Motivasi  berpengaruh langsung  maupun tidak langsung melalui kemampuan  terhadap  kinerja karyawan.  Kemampuan  dan motivasi  berpengaruh  terhadap kinerja  karyawan  sebesar 73,43%, sedangkan 26,57% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lai n.Â
