About the Journal

AGROMIX is a scientific journal published by the Faculty of Agriculture at Yudharta University, Pasuruan, which focuses on advancements in agriculture, food technology, and fisheries technology. It serves as a platform for academics, researchers, and practitioners to share their findings that contribute to the development of agribusiness, post-harvest technology, and sustainable agricultural practices. The journal emphasizes key areas such as agribusiness development, agricultural and fisheries product technology, and agrotechnology with sustainability. Its scope covers a broad range of topics, including agribusiness and agricultural economics, food technology and food safety, fisheries product technology, agrotechnology and agricultural engineering, as well as sustainable agricultural systems. AGROMIX is an open access journal licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) License, which permits unrestricted use, distribution, and reproduction in any medium, provided the original work is properly cited.
