This study aims to analyze the integration strategies of ecotheological values in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) to develop an eco-religious generation at SMA Negeri 5 Cirebon. Using a qualitative case study design, data were collected through in-depth interviews, participant observation, and curriculum document analysis. The findings indicate that the internalization of ecotheological values is implemented through an implicit-integrated approach, strengthening aqidah-tauhid to build a theocentric paradigm. Axiologically, the formation of ecological character occurs through the fusion of horizons method, bridging sacred texts on the role of khalifah with the reality of environmental crises. Practical manifestations are evident in the school culture through zero-plastic policies, waste management systems, and "Bakti Murid" activities based on fiqh al-bi’ah. This study concludes that fundamental changes in students' ecological awareness occur when spiritual principles harmonize with ethical actions in environmental conservation.
