Generation Z students who are closely related to the digital world need direction so that they can make social media a tool and a place to seek and share their knowledge. The research in this article is of the type of library research or library research. The approach used in this study is a qualitative descriptive approach to describe and describe the information and data that the researchers collected. Learners are in a period of physical and psychological growth and development and are looking for something in the form of knowledge to receive seriously both in formal and non-formal education. The characteristics of Gen Z students from the perspective of the Koran and also the Hadith of the Prophet Muhammad. So that in this discussion it can be classified into three, namely: first, Gen Z religious awareness, which is related to not neglecting to worship Allah SWT. second, the attitude of Gen Z students who respect educators. third, the attitude of students towards knowledge.
