About the Journal

Teknologi Pangan : Media Informasi dan Komunikasi Ilmiah Teknologi Pertanian is a scientific journal published by the Department of Food Science and Technology, Faculty of Agriculture, Yudharta University, Indonesia. The journal serves as a platform for academics, researchers, and practitioners to disseminate research findings and scientific studies in the field of food science and food technology.

The journal focuses on the development and application of food science and technology, particularly in areas such as food science, food technology, food microbiology, food nutrition, food processing, food preservation, food packaging, food chemistry, food analysis, food safety, food additives, and food security. Through these areas, the journal aims to support the advancement of scientific knowledge, innovation, and sustainable development in food science and agricultural technology.

Teknologi Pangan : Media Informasi dan Komunikasi Ilmiah Teknologi Pertanian publishes two issues per year (March and September). The journal accepts manuscripts in the form of research articles and review articles that contribute to the advancement of food science, food technology, and related disciplines.
